Cancellation Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable—things come up, schedules change, and sometimes you just need to pause.

At the same time, your session time is reserved especially for you. Late cancellations or missed appointments make it difficult for me to offer that time to someone else who may be waiting for support.

Notice Periods and Fees

Cancellations with less than 48hrs notice - 50% of the session fee

Cancellations with less than 24hrs notice or non-attendance - 100% of the session fee

*In exceptional circumstances, I may apply a reduced cancellation fee. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis
